Haute Route Hike - Chamonix to Zermatt

The Haute Route is a classic mountain pass hike beginning in Chamonix France and traversing east to Zermatt Switzerland. The hike allows for various types of lodging each night. Most days offer an opportunity to stop for lunch at a restaurant along the trail.
